Retainer
A flexible, on demand retainer. You define a regular number of days/per month/week for a fixed or rolling number of weeks/months for specific tasks.
Project
For a specific project. We help you define the scope, deliverables, timeframes, stakeholders, roles, responsibilities and success measures, arriving at an agreed project-scope, then delivery begins.
Fixed-Term Contract
An FTE or part time contract. You decide the type of resource you need and how long you need it for. Useful to fill gaps whilst you recruit a permanent position or if you don’t have budget for an FTE but still need ongoing support or for a defined period.
