At Utilita I set up and lead the sustainability team, from scratch. Highlights include:
Producing market leading sustainability reporting tools which I brought to market, using an internal process to develop a new product
Embedding sustainability within consumer facing campaigns that had a national reach, improving customer aquisiton and improving retention
Representing the organisation across national media and at conferences, hightening organisational reputation leading to new industry partnerships
